WK6-art experience-flip book

This week we created flip books for our art experience. Although these books look small and simple, it takes a lot more time than I anticipated to make them. The basis around these flip books is that you are creating a moving image from flipping through pages really fast. You draw the same image on every page expect a little bit different each time and this creates the illusion of motion when flipping through the pages. For my flip book, I printed out 48 pictures of myself and put them into a book. Throughout my flip book, I grow facial hair. As my facial hair I grow gets more and more intense, I finally have a full grown beard on the final page. This art experience was incredibly fun to make, especially because I am unable to actually grow facial hair. It was fun to finally see what i’d look like with a beard.
